Loading of insulation from a summer cottage

Ragn-Sells uses the FlexVac^® 311P unit to load insulation with the 6” hose via a 25 m³ pre-chamber. By running the vacuum pump at 800 r/min, the airflow is reduced from 6000 m³/hour to 1600 m3/tim. The air speed in the hose is only 20 m/sec which is fully sufficient. The advantage is that the filter unit remains completely clean.     



The energy comsumption in this case is no more than 20 kW = 6 liters of diesel/hour.
