DBE Kloakservice gets ready for 2012 with environmentally friendly recycling unit from J. Hvidtved Larsen A/S
DBE Kloakservice has just received another sewer cleaning vehicle from the factory in Silkeborg. DBE already has a FlexLine 413 from 2007.
DBE is an allround service company - the tasks range from large and small drilling jobs to cleaning of waste pipes, jetting of sewer pipes and miscellaneous root cutting jobs. The equipment must thus be able to perform a large variety of jobs, and this time the company chose the RECycler which provides the necessary flexibility for large and small jobs. Moreover, the RECycler is an environmentally friendly fuel-saving working tool.
This unit is specified in close cooperation between JHL's engineers and DBE Kloakservice: "I think that it has been great to be able to talk to the team building the vehicle, and they have been committed to meeting our requests," says Torben Granhøj, DBE.
Horse powers and the right equipment
At J. Hvidtved Larsen A/S DBE's new vehicle is referred to as "the fiercest sewer cleaning vehicle in the world" because not only the equipment is in perfect order in the shape of well-known powerful pumps from CVS (Vacustar 1600, capacity 26,700 l/min) and Uraca (P3-45, capacity 406 l/min at 175 bar or 346 l/min at 205 bar) respectively - but the unit also has significant horse powers underneath it. The equipment is namely mounted on a Scania R730 LB 8x2*6 HNB - the new 730 HP EEV engine lives up to stricter emission regulations than the present regulations for Euro 5 and is the runner up for Euro 6.
Furthermore, DBE has combined working environment, safety and design and has had the unit equipped with opening covering on both sides (as on buses), and the lighting on the unit is also extraordinary.
The vehicle was delivered in week 50, when the expectant and happy team Kenneth Lyngholm and Torben Granhøj picked up the new vehicle and drove it home to Hvidovre.

DBE Kloakservice was established in 2008. The company offers all kinds of sewer cleaning services, including repair of sewers and establishment of new systems. DBE Kloakservice employs experienced sewer contractors together with which the company plans new systems and refurbishments. .
